These terms cover Väinaa Idle (the "Game"), operated by Mark Horvath ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not play.
이 약관은 Mark Horvath(이하 "저희")가 운영하는 Väinaa Idle(이하 "게임")에 적용됩니다. 게임을 설치하거나 플레이하면 이 약관에 동의하는 것입니다. 동의하지 않는다면 플레이하지 마세요.
An account is created for you automatically and anchored to the device you play on. You may optionally link an email address so you can sign in on other devices with a one-time code.
계정은 자동으로 만들어지며, 플레이하는 기기에 연결됩니다. 원한다면 이메일 주소를 연동해 다른 기기에서 일회용 코드로 로그인할 수 있습니다.
What happens in the Game is decided by our servers, not by your device. You agree not to:
게임에서 일어나는 일은 기기가 아니라 저희 서버가 결정합니다. 다음 행위를 하지 않는 데 동의합니다.
Everything in the Game (characters, levels, items, orbs, jewels, keys, gold, shards, battle pass progress) is a licence to use a feature of the Game. It is not your property, has no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the Game.
게임 안의 모든 것(캐릭터, 레벨, 아이템, 오브, 보석, 열쇠, 골드, 파편, 배틀패스 진행도)은 게임 기능을 이용할 수 있는 라이선스입니다. 이는 이용자의 재산이 아니며, 현실의 가치가 없고, 돈이나 게임 밖의 어떤 것과도 바꿀 수 없습니다.
We may add, change, rebalance or remove any game content, including items you already hold. Balance changes are part of an ongoing game and are not a reason for compensation.
저희는 이미 가지고 있는 아이템을 포함해 어떤 게임 콘텐츠든 추가, 변경, 재조정, 삭제할 수 있습니다. 밸런스 변경은 계속 운영되는 게임의 일부이며, 보상 사유가 되지 않습니다.
All purchases are final and no refunds are given. This applies to anything bought in the Game, including the season pass. Losing access to an account, a change to game content, or the Game shutting down are not grounds for a refund. Where a purchase is made through a platform store, that store's own refund policy applies and you should contact them.
모든 구매는 최종적이며 환불되지 않습니다. 이는 시즌 패스를 포함해 게임에서 산 모든 것에 적용됩니다. 계정 접근을 잃거나, 게임 콘텐츠가 바뀌거나, 게임 서비스가 종료되는 것은 환불 사유가 아닙니다. 플랫폼 스토어를 통해 구매한 경우 그 스토어의 환불 정책이 적용되므로, 스토어에 문의해 주세요.
Chat messages, display names and anything else you submit stay yours, but you give us permission to store, display and transmit them so the Game can work. We may remove content or restrict chat access at our discretion.
채팅 메시지, 게임 내 이름 등 이용자가 올린 것은 이용자의 것으로 남지만, 게임이 작동할 수 있도록 저희가 이를 저장, 표시, 전송하는 것을 허락하게 됩니다. 저희는 재량에 따라 콘텐츠를 삭제하거나 채팅 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive players. Chat messages and every name a player can set are filtered automatically. Holding a message opens a menu to report it or to block the player who sent it, and a blocked player's messages are removed from your chat immediately.
불쾌한 콘텐츠나 악성 플레이어는 절대 용납하지 않습니다. 채팅 메시지와 플레이어가 정할 수 있는 모든 이름은 자동으로 필터링됩니다. 메시지를 길게 누르면 신고하거나 보낸 플레이어를 차단하는 메뉴가 열리며, 차단한 플레이어의 메시지는 즉시 내 채팅에서 사라집니다.
We act on reports within 24 hours. Content that breaks these terms is removed and the account that posted it is banned from the Game.
신고는 24시간 안에 처리합니다. 이 약관을 어긴 콘텐츠는 삭제되고, 그것을 올린 계정은 게임 이용이 정지됩니다.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, with or without notice. You may stop playing at any time; to have your account deleted, contact us at support@vainaa.com.
이 약관을 어긴 계정은 사전 통지 여부와 관계없이 정지하거나 해지할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 언제든지 플레이를 그만둘 수 있으며, 계정 삭제를 원하면 support@vainaa.com으로 연락해 주세요.
The Game is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of bugs or data loss. We may take the servers down for maintenance, change the Game, or discontinue it entirely.
게임은 있는 그대로 제공되며, 언제든 이용할 수 있다거나, 중단되지 않는다거나, 버그나 데이터 손실이 없다는 약속은 하지 않습니다. 저희는 점검을 위해 서버를 내리거나, 게임을 바꾸거나, 서비스를 완전히 종료할 수 있습니다.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, lost items, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Game. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
법이 허용하는 최대한의 범위에서, 저희는 게임 이용으로 생긴 진행 상황, 아이템, 데이터의 손실이나 간접적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 이 조항은 법으로 제한할 수 없는 책임을 제한하지 않으며, 소비자로서의 법적 권리에 영향을 주지 않습니다.
The Game is not directed at children under 13, or under the higher minimum age set by the law where they live. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you may only play with a parent or guardian's permission.
게임은 13세 미만, 또는 거주 지역의 법이 정한 더 높은 최소 연령 미만의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 거주 지역의 성년 연령 미만이라면 부모나 보호자의 허락을 받아야만 플레이할 수 있습니다.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
저희는 이 약관을 수정할 수 있습니다. 맨 위의 날짜가 마지막으로 바뀐 날이며, 변경 후에도 계속 플레이하면 변경에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
이 약관은 헝가리 법을 따릅니다.
